BDC Capital / CDC New England Announces Dennis Breitrick as SBA 504 Business Development Officer

BDC Capital Corporation is pleased to announce Dennis Breitrick as our newest SBA 504 Business Development Officer.

Dave Raccio, SVP, Director of SBA Lending, stated “We are excited to have Dennis join our team. He has been a great advocate of SBA lending over the years, and we know he will continue to champion the SBA 504 as a BDO in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Dennis brings a strong background of commercial lending to the team.”

Dennis joined BDC as Vice President, Business Development Officer on April 1, 2025.  Prior to BDC, Dennis was a Senior Business Relationship Manager with Key Bank where he provided a variety of services and products to his clients. Prior to Key, Dennis was employed by M&T Bank, People’s United Bank, United Bank, and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank.

Dennis will focus on new business development for SBA 504 loans in the areas of Connecticut and Western Massachusetts.

Dennis is a graduate of Fordham University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration and minored in Law and Ethics. Dennis enjoys watching sports, is an avid skier, golfer and ice hockey player, and loves spending time with his family.  He resides in West Hartford, CT, with his wife and two boys.
